Friendly Bet - Child Safety Policy

Our Commitment

Friendly Bet is a social platform for adults 18 and older. We do not permit minors to use our service, and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on Friendly Bet:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
Sexual content involving, depicting, or directed at minors
Grooming, solicitation, or contact with minors for any sexual or exploitative purpose
Sharing personal information of minors without authorization
Any content or conduct that endangers the safety of children

Users who engage in this conduct will have their accounts permanently terminated. We report suspected CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by U.S. federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A).

Age Restriction

Friendly Bet requires users to be 18 or older. At signup, users must confirm they are 18 or older before creating an account. Users who indicate they are under 18 cannot create an account. Our Terms of Service require all users to be 18+, and use by minors is grounds for immediate termination.

Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior on Friendly Bet that may involve harm to a child:

In-app: Use the report function available on user profiles, posts, comments, and messages. Reports are submitted through a structured questionnaire that lets you specify the nature of the concern. We review child safety reports promptly and take appropriate action, including removing content, terminating accounts, and reporting to authorities where required.

We report suspected CSAM to the NCMEC CyberTipline at https://report.cybertip.org as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A.
